- Appointment and wedding details, such as dates, venue, party size, services and notes

Payment information
Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers. We don’t store full card numbers. For weddings, your card is kept on file with our payment provider so the balance can be charged 72 hours before the wedding.

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site through cookies and similar tools.

5. Text messages and your mobile number
If you text us or opt in on our website, we’ll text you about your inquiry and bookings, including confirmations, reminders, payment links and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages and run our booking system.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments run through PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as we need it to provide services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations.
8. Children
Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online. When we serve minors, such as flower girls or junior bridesmaids, communication and consent go through a parent or guardian.
9. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
